This website is dedicated to the promotion and propagation
of the Afro-Asian Martial and Healing Arts. The website is intended
to inform, inspire, encourage, and motivate. If we are successful,
our reward will be the joy that comes from knowing that we have
fulfilled our responsibility to pass on the Wisdom of the Way.
Seifu A.S. Umar Sharif, MA [aka: Xia` Xue' Gong] [aka:
Aremo Awo] [aka: Tobi Alakoso] is dedicated to helping
each of you to remember and nurture the Spirit of Wu-Te
and the Wisdom of Ifa within you. Within each of us is
an individual whose Love, Empathy, and Compassion for the world
are real, whose faith is unshakeable, whose Path is clear, and
whose steps on their Earthwalk are firm yet humble.
This is a participatory site. There are already numerous,
really good sites with a wealth of information on topics related
to the Martial & Healing Arts. Rather than duplicating that
information Tobi Alakoso Sharif will share some of his unique
and diverse perspectives on the martial and healing arts, and
on the path to personal spiritual development. The really exciting
thing about this site however is that you, our visitors get
to drive the main body of information to appear on this site.
You do that by writing to Seifu and asking him those questions
you've been anxiously waiting to ask someone. Other sites can
provide you with general information and information about specific
topics, but our goal is to answer questions that relate directly
to the personal development of our visitors. If you are training
or thinking about training, and have some questions about your
progress and development, write Seifu about it. If you have
that question, someone else probably does also. We'll select
a few questions in various catagories and give Seifu's answers
on this site (by first name or anonymously if you prefer) under
Questions & Answers.
