Who are we?
NTTI, Inc. is a non-profit Arizona based Corporation
established to address the social and personal development
needs of American youth. Our primary concern is
nurturing and facilitating the healthy development
of our children.
Mission Statement
The Mission of NTTI is to unlock, tap, and redirect
the innate leadership potential of future generations
by providing Leadership Development Training to
'at-risk' and disadvantaged youth, their families,
and their adult support systems
Charter of the National Teacher
Training Institute
- To provide direct services to children from kindergarten
through grade 12 and their families through the
Wu-Te Performance Troupes, a Leadership Development
Program for youth.
- To provide 'at-risk' and disadvantaged youth with
instruction, personal development training, academic
support, mentorship, and career directed training.
- To provide scholarships for 'at-risk' and disadvantaged
youth to attend selected career directed education
and training programs.
- To provide youth with recreational and training
opportunities that will allow them to develop high
ethical standards, self-motivation, self-discipline,
and a value system based on the principle of 'Do
No Harm'.
- To provide parents of 'at-risk' and disadvantaged
children with instruction, training, and counseling
in human development, parenting skills, stress management,
and developing healthy lifestyle choices.
- To develop the Wu-Te Performance Troupes into a
model Leadership Development Program for youth that
can be implemented nationwide.
- To provide post-academic education, training, and
personal coaching to teachers, parents, counselors,
juvenile probation and corrections officers, and
other professionals who work with youth, for the
purpose of enhancing their personal growth and professional
development.
- To provide consulting services to schools, parks
and recreations departments, juvenile corrections
institutions, and community based organizations
in designing, developing, and implementing leadership
development programs to assist 'at-risk', disadvantaged,
and incarcerated youth and their families.
