The individual participants in the Wu-Te Performance
Troupes are being trained in the traditional
image of the healer and counselor among indigenous
peoples of the world. These individuals are respected
members of the community and involved in the everyday
lives of the people. They are the focal point
of
healing energy for the community. Their knowledge,
understanding, and skills are valued; their presence
bringing a sense of security and calm. They are
able to harness the power and potential of the
community.
NTTI advocates the need for such individuals
among our youth and in all segments of our society
today. Wu-Te Performers are trained in
the Power of Introspection. Their training enhances
their capacity
to quiet the mind, enter the silence, and know
the mysteries. This space of inner-knowing is
called
the The Healing Place. Our youth
need
peers
among them who can model inner calm and introspection;
the stepping stones to empathy and compassion.
The Wu-Te Performance Troupes have two (2) sponsored
registration opportunities for children, and one
(1) general enrollment for older youth and adults:
- Wu-Te Scholarship Program - to be eligible for
this option the student must be 3-10 years of age.

Program scholarships will include college or other
qualified programs of study; study in China, India,
Africa, Southeast Asia, and other parts of the world,
and support to attend workshops, seminars, and training
programs.

old are eligible for this Program. The family must
make a (3) year commitment to the program
