Training of Trainers
NTTI's Training of Trainers Program is based upon a unique and powerful set of concepts and ideas that assist participants in 'thinking outside the box'. For many, Social Change comes like a roaring wave crashing against their backs and driving them to a rocky shore. For others, the waves of change are experienced as a breath-taking moment, as they watch it approach from the safety of the sun soaked beach. Social Change is predictable and manageable to the degree that we recognize the characteristics of the paradigm shift that is both the cause and the consequence of the change. The NTTI Paradigm offers you a range of topics and training to increase your knowledge and skills at working with youth. More importantly, our Training of Trainers Programs will assist you in unlocking your higher potential and enhancing your performance on and off the job.

The NTTI Paradigm

Context - refers to our physical, cultural, and social environments, and their influence upon human development and behavior.

Emergence - refers to the possibility that certain events or experiences will occur in a given Context.

Process - refers to the means by which Context can be managed and manipulated in order to influence and predict Emergence.

There are different Levels of Social Change. We are currently experiencing Social Change of the Fourth Kind. This level of social change always marks a major paradigm shift. NTTI advocates a New Paradigm based upon our state-of-the-art understanding of human nature, human capacities, and our modes of psycho-social interaction. The Paradigm utilizes modern science AND the wisdom of ancient peoples whose knowledge was successfully applied for thousands of years before the first great paradigm shift. It draws upon the library of human knowledge in all fields, and that is perhaps a good place for us to start a brief outline of the dimensions of the present paradigm shift. This list is only suggestive of the extent of current trends and the training opportunities NTTI can offer.

Old Paradigm - Said only the Scientific Model can explain the world.
New Paradigm - Says the world is more complex than the limitations of Science can accommodate.

Old Paradigm - Said any technology that can be developed, should be.
New Paradigm - Says no technology should be developed that threatens the welfare of the seventh generation.

Old Paradigm - Said the sum total of the knowledge of specialized experts is wisdom.
New Paradigm - Says knowledge is measurable content; wisdom is sustainable application.

If your organization would like to develop a better understanding of these and other characteristics of this global paradigm shift contact NTTI to schedule our two to three hour introductory workshop on the "Social Change of the Fourth Kind: The Paradigm Shift".

This workshop is tailored to meet the needs of the particular audience and organization. Parents, teachers, counselors, school administrators, juvenile corrections and probation officers, and other professionals who work with our children and youth will be inspired, renewed, encouraged, and motivated by this powerful workshop. Your organization will develop new understandings and perspectives that will translate into new program models and more comprehensive and holistic programs.
